Great place to call home
I had the pleasure of living in Whitewing Flats for 18 months, and I only moved because I relocated out of state. My experience ... was wonderful, with hardly any issues at all! Being one of the first ten tenants in a brand new complex was exciting. Perla was always so friendly and quick to help whenever I needed anything. I only had to call maintenance three times, and they were prompt, fixed my problems right away, and were super nice each time.
